• Good product knowledge on Southern Africa
• Creative itineraries , always looking for something different , new and edgy
• Must have good communication skills, be able to deal with clients from all over the world as well as suppliers, Patience
• Average group sizes 24 pax
• Skill set – sage, WETU, Amadeus, excel
• Attention to detail, admin intense, be able to deal with all pre-s and posts.
• Must be able to cost groups accurately
• Must be able to compile invoices, manage supplier payments and all docs
• Professional email and telephone etiquette
• Must be able to work independently with guidance
• Willing and able to attend product workshops regularly
• Comfortable with working from home – possibly coming into office twice a week
