Your job profile @ Travcations (but not limited to)
Design, develop and plan products/ itineraries in line with the needs of modern-day travelers.
Handle end-to-end travel arrangements (airlines, hotels, experiences, visas, etc).
Interact with clients over the phone, and by email, offering sound advice and information related to products and destinations.
Convert customer inquiries into bookings and generate revenue for the organization.
Maximize profitability through negotiation with suppliers.
Deliver outstanding levels of customer service with a view to exceeding customer expectations.
Provide regular reporting to management.
Organize and attend tourism events, conferences, workshops, seminars, and exhibitions.
Constantly update/modify holiday experiences based on customer feedback.

Skills
Exceptional written/verbal communication skills in English are required
Energetic, confident, innovative.
Strong customer orientation
Should be well-traveled or experienced in international travel management.
Should have an entrepreneurial spirit and be able to work independently.
Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure.

Qualifications and Experience
If you are a smart, confident graduate and passionate about travel, you are welcome to apply.
Minimum 1 year of experience in frontline sales/customer service in the travel industry will be preferred. Also, If you are Fresher and have graduated with Tourism or Hospitality management then you can also apply for the above role.
